COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Head trauma and its effect on ocular pathologies can be challenging with respect to both diagnosis and management. Presented are case reports with an emphasis on peripapillary retinoschisis and its differential diagnosis. *This course was recorded at our NW Residents Conference in June 2021

  • Identify and describe the area of retinoschisis by utilizing optical coherence tomography.
  • Differentiate peripapillary retinoschisis and its differential diagnosis listed in the presentation.
  • Recognize and discuss clinical presentation and management of peripapillary retinoschisis.
