Glaucoma is one of the most common vision-threatening disorders that optometrists are likely to encounter in clinical practice. The challenge for the clinician is determining which patients are at risk, making a diagnosis of glaucoma, and then determining an appropriate management plan that minimizes further progression. This interactive presentation will review the various testing used in the diagnosis of glaucoma and what is available for management focusing on the available topical and oral medications used for treatment.
