In a grand round formats, Pacific University, College of Optometry residents will present topics of interest in Deadly Diplopia: Pseudo papilledema vs Papilledema and Chronic Localized Bilateral Chorioretinal Folds with Clinical and Multimodal Imaging

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Differentiate chorioretinal folds from other disorders affecting the retina and choroid,
  • Review the anatomy of papilledema and why it is a life-threatening condition
  • Distinguish pseudo papilledema vs papilledema
  • Discuss how to manage patients with papilledema and pseudo papilledema
  • Identify and describe chorioretinal folds using clinical and multimodal imaging.
